Organizational changes are seldom an easy endeavour. People are asked to adhere to new ways of working, different positions, different counterparts and different tools. This takes time.
A one-off consultancy assignment is generally to short to make changes happen. That is why we offer coaching services for managers and staff members in changing organizations: for a longer period, but not full time.
Over a 6 to 12 months timeframe we can agree a number of coaching sessions, either pre-planned and/or on demand. The coaching can take place on site but can also consist of, or combined with, distant coaching session via Skype or other media.
